Today, June 26, 2025 MHO Team headed by OIC MHO Jenie B Lahora conducted School Health Examination among children ages 0-5 years old. The following were the services given: 1. Medical Examination and Consultation 2. Dental Examination 3. Urinalysis Together with the Officer In Charge of the Manay Municipal Health Office were Dr. Juvette Ann Esteban, Dr Sarah Importante , maam Roselyn Mambulao Batiao , maam Ber Kim Ly , maam Romaseth Batiao , maam Jessa Mae Maduyag and sir Albert Lance Mandabon. School health examinations for children aged 0-5 are crucial for early detection of potential health issues, which can significantly impact their development, learning, and overall well-being. These screenings can identify conditions like vision or hearing problems, developmental delays, or other health concerns that, if addressed early, can be easier to treat and manage. Thus, the School Principal, sir Melvin Maynagcot and School Nurse maam Abegail B. Idong conveyed their appreciation to LGU Manay headed by our Mayor Jon Marco Dayanghirang thru Municipal Health Office because this proactive approach helps them ensure that their school children are healthy and prepared to learn.
