Today, the Department of Trade and Industry thru the Negosyo Center Manay attended the Career Guidance Advocacy Program and Job Simulation Activity for Evaristo Moralizon National Vocational High School. This program aims the graduating Senior High students on the future of choosing a career path. In behalf of NC Manay JBC Mark Piañar, the event was attended by Prince Libre of NC Tarragona together with Manay MTIO / CTEC Jan Michael Belena. Special thanks to the Principal of EMNVHS Ms. Girlie J. Balante and Program Committee Head Kristi M. Apiag for inviting us.

NSB SA MANREZA IN NC MANAY

Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay or NSB is an initiative of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) which aims to; increase awareness about the services offered by the DTI through its Negosyo Centers, identify MSMEs with business operations within barangays, and conduct business development assistance and other services. Barangay Manreza is one of the barangays of Manay. Today, June 14, 2022, the NSB initiative was fulfilled in Negosyo Center Manay. It was attended by the women participants coming from different puroks of the barangay together with the facilitators coming from the DTI. There were trainings given (Pinyato Making and Peanut Butter Making) and entrepreneurial mind setting for those individuals that would like to have a business. Special thanks to BLGU Manreza thru Punong Barangay Gaudencio Mapayo and Secretary Gina Mapayo, DTI Davao Oriental PD Rommel R. Cozo, STIDS Sylvia Ordiz of DTI, JBC Mark Piañar, trainer Richard Rosete, from DTI Davao Oriental Vina Ynclino and MTIO Jan Michael Belena MTIO of Manay. Indeed, DTI assists and DTI works with the assistance of different stakeholders.

Negosyo Center Announcements and Public Notices

BUSINESS NAME

We would like to inform all people who would like to have a business to register your business' name with the DTI. The Business Name Registration merely provides the business a LEGAL IDENTITY; in order to actually operate the business, you need a BUSINESS PERMIT. The Business Name Registration Certificate from the DTI will also be the primary requirement for the Business Permit and Licensing Division especially that Manay is implementing the Electronic Business Processing and Licensing System of e-BPLS. Also, a gentle reminder to our Manayan business owners to look into the expiration dates of your DTI Business Name Registration Certificate. Be reminded that you have six months after the expiration to renew your business name. You can also have early renewal of your business name registration too.
