The said inspection was conducted by the Provincial Tourism Office headed by OIC Tourism Officer Lyrna P. Padohinog assisted by Krestta Narciso and John Carlo Delute. The activity aims to seek for those AEs that are accreditable in every municipality. As the tourism thrust of the province there are many significant needs of tourism development and alignment with the standards of the national government should be done. It also serves as opportunity to have a courtesy call to the LGU thru the Municipal Administrator Ednar G. Dayanghirang together with the Manay Tourism Officer Designate Jan Michael Belena. Manay Travellers Inn of Barangay Central operated and managed by Hon. Daisy M. Donato and Whitesand Beach Resort are two of the accreditable establishments of the municipality. Infact, last 2021, these two establishments applied for an accreditation and received the Basic Registration status. Thus, these Tourism establishments will do their work to comply with the needed developments to acquire the Regular Accreditation status. Indeed, Mayor Jon Marco M. Dayanghirang aligned his plan with that of the province headed by Gov. Corazon T. Nuñez Malanyaon and to the Department of Tourism headed by Secretary Christina Frasco. It is also planned to have implementations of various tourism activities in the municipality as well as tourism developments for the forthcoming days.
