In preparation for the implementation of the Supreme Court ruling on the Mandanas /Garcia petitions next year, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) is now preparing local government units (LGUs) for the full devolution of basic services and facilities as it has kicked off a series of orientations and workshops to help LGUs prepare their Devolution Transition Plans (DTPs) in accordance with EO No. 138. LGU MANAY convene for 2 days to formulate Devolution Transition Plan DTP shall serve as LGUs roadmap to ensure strategic, systematic, and coherent actions towards their full assumption of devolved functions and services starting 2022. STARTER KITS DISTRIBUTION As an initiative of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay (NSB) in collaboration of the LGU Manay and BLGU Lambog beneficiaries in the barangay namely: 1.Diosdada Tagabunlang 2.Marlyn Maumpid 3.Sherlita Mantog 4.Sharen Pangaldin 5.Rechel Tunong 6.Marilou Casaan 7.Analyn Pangaldin 8.Hilda Pangaldin 9.Minda Belingan 10.Richard Saumat This project is part of the Livelihood Sustainable Program (LSP) for the Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay. The participants are drawn from the NSB in Lambog last April 21, 2021. The distribution is attended by Jan Michael Belena, MTIO and Mark Pianar of NC Manay.
