The team of the Department of Trade and Industry Davao Oriental headed by Sylvia Ordiz and Mark Piañar together with the Negosyo Center Manay headed by MTIO Jan Michael Belena and Ariel Mapayo had a courtesy call with Mayor Jon Marco M. Dayanghirang and discussed things about the Trade and Industry efforts in the municipality. In the short meeting, Mayor Dayanghirang vowed to support the DTI thru the MTIO and the Negosyo Center Manay on the various activities to be held in Manay. Ms. Ordiz also congratulated the local chief executive on the recently concluded 2022 elections. She also tackled the on-going support given by the department to selected MSMEs in Manay. NSB KITS FOR MANREZA

In photos are the participant-beneficiaries of the Negosyo Serbisyo sa Barangay Manreza held last June 14, 2022. The said kits are under the Livelihood Seeding Program which give chosen beneficiaries livelihood kits as starter for the trained skills given also by the Department of Trade and Industry thru the Negosyo Center Manay. BUSINESS NAME

We would like to inform all people who would like to have a business to register your business' name with the DTI. The Business Name Registration merely provides the business a LEGAL IDENTITY; in order to actually operate the business, you need a BUSINESS PERMIT. The Business Name Registration Certificate from the DTI will also be the primary requirement for the Business Permit and Licensing Division especially that Manay is implementing the Electronic Business Processing and Licensing System of e-BPLS. Also, a gentle reminder to our Manayan business owners to look into the expiration dates of your DTI Business Name Registration Certificate. Be reminded that you have six months after the expiration to renew your business name. You can also have early renewal of your business name registration too.
